Hi! My name is Janina, and I run Kåda, where I help small business owners and associations find their place in the digital landscape. I’m passionate about making it simple, personal, and manageable, so that more people dare to take their place online without feeling overwhelmed.

Where values meet
When I met Johanna and The Island Coach, I immediately recognized values that mirrored my own. The Island Coach is about more than workshops and programs – it’s a mindset. An entrepreneurial mindset that helps us leverage our strengths to create more value and meaning, both in work and in life.
That’s why this collaboration feels so natural to me.
My journey
I’ve been an entrepreneur before, including in the equestrian industry, and I’ve made almost every mistake you can imagine. Those experiences taught me a lot about what it takes to build something from the ground up – both the strengths and the pitfalls.
I also have experience from larger organizations, like my work at Paf, which gave me insight into how values and culture affect work in practice. Today, I know I value collaborations where values align – that’s also where I feel I can contribute the most.
My role in the collaboration
Through Kåda, I now support The Island Coach with social media and digital communication. My role is to highlight the stories and insights Johanna shares, so that more entrepreneurs and teams can be inspired by the entrepreneurial mindset and the development happening in her work.
For me, it’s not just about marketing, but about creating a sense of community where more people can join the journey and relate to the topics being explored. It also allows Johanna to focus even more on what she does best – coaching and helping businesses and teams leverage their strengths to create real results.
Looking ahead
I’m really excited to continue this collaboration and invite more people to the community and inspiration growing around The Island Coach. Together, we want to grow the business so that even more people can access tools and workshops grounded in behavioral science – tools that truly make a difference in how teams work together.
